Following its strategy of continuous improvement in processes, Inova Brasil Engenharia conducted a training session on Monday (04/30) with some team members to align BIM processes. According to Dornelas (2012), it is important to seek ways to conduct the process in an integrated manner to fully leverage the technology in favor of improving project management. Once an ideal environment for this new way of designing is ensured, many benefits can be gained throughout the process.
We understand that a well-trained team can become a major differentiator for a company.
This directly reflects in customer service, interaction among employees, and business productivity. “A company that invests in employee training becomes more competitive in the market and shows it values the people who make it up, generating more engagement and motivation,” said Tiago Perucchi, Operations Director.
“For the team training to achieve the expected goals, it is necessary to map out the main demands within the organization. In this way, the manager must identify which departments need training and what type of training should be offered,” commented Jeferson Zimmermann, BIM Manager.
The current economic scenario, marked by constant economic and social transformations, demands that organizations continuously learn and innovate. In this context, organizational learning emerges as an alternative for organizations to face this reality, aiming at the continuous improvement of their business processes.
