The acting mayor of Brusque, Ari Vequi, and the president of Samae, Roberto Bolognini, signed on the afternoon of Friday the 14th, the contract with the MPB/OSM/Inova Brasil Consortium, which will be responsible for developing the executive project using BIM technology for the new Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in the Cristalina area.
According to Samae’s planning, the first module of the Cristalina WTP will be delivered in 2021, with a production capacity of 200 liters of water per second, ensuring the water supply for Brusque until 2028.
The utility’s goal is that when Module 1 is completed, the construction of Module 2 will already be 30% completed. Once the work is finished, Samae will have a treatment plant capable of producing 400 liters of water per second, which will guarantee the city’s water supply until 2050.
“This is a dream that is beginning to come true. One of our most important projects, which will bring more quality of life to the population,” says the president of Samae.
